Call 111 - When it is less urgent than 999

Telephone System

Our telephone system has a queuing facility which gives options to help direct your call;

These are:

Option 1 - Appointments and Reception: for booking appointments or requesting home visits and for prescription queries.

Option 2 - Secretaries: For referral information, private work, insurances and medical reports (between 9.00 am - 5.30pm)

Option 3 - Results line (between the hours of 2.00pm - 4.00pm)

Option 4 - Cancellation line for pre-booked appointments; if you need to cancel on the day please choose Option 1

Option 5 - To speak to the Reception Manager

Option 6 - To leave a message for the Practice Manager

You may be asked to leave a message on an answering service.

Please remember that our telephones can get very busy especially between 8.00am - 9.00am each morning when patients are trying to get an urgent appointment.
