All courses are co-produced by people with lived experience of mental health challenges and professionals working in the field. They provide safe, inclusive spaces for people to develop new skills, share experiences, and build confidence at their own pace.
Courses are open to anyone aged 18 and over who has experienced mental health challenges, supports someone who has, or would simply like to learn more about mental health and wellbeing.
