Patient Charter - Reminder Posted or Updated on 5 Oct 2021

The surgery staff will always try to assist patients where possible and we understand that on occasion patients or relatives may be distressed, upset or angry. However this cannot be used as an excuse to be abusive, rude or innappropriate towards any member of the team. This applies to face to face interactions, telephone interactions and online posts.

If the Partners are made aware of such behaviour the patient may be considered to be removed from the surgery.
