There will be physical activity sessions inside (and outside if good weather!) alongside a host of various stalls for people and their carers/families to explore and get to know their local health, care and charity organisations.

There will also be holding a room upstairs with a health focus - where there will be discussions about health screenings such as annual health checks, bowels, constipation, breast cancer and more.
